Who we are
This website is run by Automated Boating Solutions, 639 Antebellum Way, Collierville, TN 38017. In these terms, “we” and “us” means Automated Boating Solutions, and “you” means the person placing the order.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars. They do not include sales tax or shipping. Sales tax and a $40 shipping charge per order are added at checkout, and you will see the full total before you pay.
Your order
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in it. We accept your order when we dispatch it. We may decline an order, and if we do, we will refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is by card, taken through our payment provider at checkout.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. We do not accept international orders.
Delivery and damage in transit
Responsibility for the items passes to you when they are delivered. If your order arrives damaged, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery, as explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. Damage reported in time is resolved at no cost to you.
Returns and warranty
Returns are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy. Our products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims, returns and damage in transit are handled directly by the manufacturer, as set out on that page. Any refund is issued by us, to your original payment method.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, or any liability we have that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms shown on this page when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
